• Financial Need: Determined by program
• Referral from a pre-selected performing arts program

• Direct costs: tuition, fees for professional lessons and classes, instruments
• Indirect costs: supplies, uniforms, transportation

Note: Funds will be provided directly to pre-selected performing arts programs on behalf of specific students recommended by those programs.

  • Essay stating reasoning for interest in art program, accomplishments, and future aspirations
  • Letter of Recommendation from current or recent teacher, school, administrator or counselor
  • Transcripts or report cards from the most recent school year
• Application must be submitted on or before Tuesday, April 30, 2019 at 11:50PM
